Plenty of local branches to visit. Helpful staff on hand. Reasonable savings rates. Not a fan of using our unreliable Royal Mail postal service for passbooks etc, but on the positive, able to arrange to drop off/pick up documents from branch. Reviewed on: 13th January 2026
