Pleasant experience

I opened a 2 year fixed savings account and found it easy to set up. I had a couple of questions and was impressed that someone got back to me the same day. It was refreshing to speak to a pleasant lady who could help with my query. Reviewed on: 12th January 2026

Pass-book based account but extremely helpful staff

Despite its being a pass-book based ISA, the identificcation checks and opening of the account were accomplished easily. The information with regard to account maturity was sent out in good time, allowing a sensible chance to review my options. The staff have always been positive and helpful.
