Not as easily accessible as should be.

Went into branch to arrange ISA transfer from another provider to Mansfield at maturity. Branch sent request to wrong address of other provider so transfer delayed beyond maturity date. Reviewed on: 21st November 2023

Glacially slow service

You told us you were going to close our Trust account. We applied for a new account on 22 August. You sent us the new passbook on 2 December. Even allowing for the need to explain to us how to complete the relevant forms, this is disgracefully slow, isnt it? Reviewed on: 23rd December 2025

Business Savings Account

Good evening, Mansfield BS were recommended to me and after reading your website seemed an excellent place for us to invest with you. After sending me all the application information/form I submitted. Somehow my application was missed and when I wrote to your Senior Leadership Team our application was sorted out immediately and with excellent customer service. Great service

Easy to contact in branch and by phone. All friendly , helpful and knowledgeable staff, loyalty products for existing customers and those living locally, plus visits for members to local places of interested. Great to feel wanted!! competitive interest rates Reviewed on: 13th December 2025

Customer service was good and I had no issues during my time with Mansfield. Not having a website or app is a negative as I like to see how much money is in the account easily. Also only having a book to see the balance seems behind the times. The interest rate matching BOE base rate is good but other providers offer higher so this is another negative. I Haven't Left!

Just to say I haven’t left The Mansfield, but I merely closed our 90-day postal account to transfer it to a Community Saver with the MBS which suited our needs better and was more advantageous. The people at the Chesterfield branch were very helpful and understood my needs perfectly and dealt with the transfer without a problem. So very happy! Reviewed on: 13th December 2025
