Great Service

Easy to contact by phone, always friendly and helpful, things clearly and simply explained, no rush nor pressure, really appreciate being able to go into branch and open accounts via post, never pushed onto a computer/web site, not always necessary to have an appointment, good walk in service, branches warm and welcoming, it would be nice if the branches had longer opening times but I appreciate the financial implications. Pleasant experience

I opened a 2 year fixed savings account and found it easy to set up. I had a couple of questions and was impressed that someone got back to me the same day. It was refreshing to speak to a pleasant lady who could help with my query. Reviewed on: 12th January 2026
