Great customer experience

Always have a great experience when I go into either Mansfield or Sutton. Mansfield has improved tremendously in the past few months. Always get a great welcome from the team there. Good account, but needed 30 days notice of withdrawals

I needed to withdraw some money for works at my house, but had forgotten the account needed 30 days notice for withdrawals. As I also have an easy access account I chose to close the notice account. Reviewed on: 21st January 2026

Very good service

As trustees we opened a trust account with MBS. Guided well throughout the process. Tony who dealt with it was always at the end of the phone to assist and answer any questions. Reviewed on: 20th January 2026

A serious design fault with comparison sites...

There is a serious design fault with comparison sites where the consumer is encouraged to leave feedback shortly after buying a product or a service. It’s impossible for them to comment on long term durability or quality which is important. Inevitably, leaving a one, two or three star rating is then the consumers only option unless they choose to give no star rating at all. Otherwise the star rating is misleading.
