Customer Service and Products

Metro Bank are open early and here for their customers late too. They’re even open on Sundays, and for many people, Monday to Friday flies by with work and family etc. They offer a community bank account which is amazing for my local youth organisation to have an account that safeguards and facilitates expenditure for a non-profit organisation. Poor training

The customer service team clearly do not communicate with each other, they don’t even know what phone number appears when they call you. They had me thinking I had been scammed when it turned out it was them that called me…… I will certainly be looking into banking else where, they really are cowboys here Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Good services

Why I love metro bank.

I have been with metro bank from the age of 13, when my parents first opened my child’s bank account. I am 22 years old and still with them. I now have an adult current account as well as a savings account with them. Metro bank are a great bank to be with. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
