Release my blocked accounts

Release my account please, am broke, I never do illegal business what I even have is not much and I am managing my self as a student, still you block me. Monese am tired, please . Have called millions of times, u don't pick, sent mail severally but you ignore it. This is a bad approach to a legit customer. Thieves

MONESE IS A SCAM

MONESE stole my boyfriend's money, blocked his account on Dec 2020, unblocked him after few days but his £2600HMRC grant was never given back to him!!!!We complained to Financial Obusdman, when are they going to stop stealing people's money?????? ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!

Absolutely shocking............ Received an email out of the blue on the 30th of June, asking for invoices and proof of payments through my business account and to confirm some personal shopping purchases. I responded within 2hours of receiving the email. I have a business account with monese and a personal account with a considerable amount of savings. Been paying 25 pounds a month for nearly 2 years. I've been completely ghosted, they are not responding to emails and not picking up calls either. No access to any of my funds. Personal bills have bounced. I cant pay any of my suppliers via the business account. I've had payments from companies I contract for returned. No answer. No customer support. Utterly shocking. More importantly, when do I get my money back!!!!!!!!!!!! Reviewed on: 9th July 2021

I was stolen!

My account was just blocked FOR NO REASONABLE REASON!! I bought a new phone and I did all the checks asked in the app to authorize the access to my account in the new phone and for no reason my account is now blocked!! My whole money is in the account and Monese does not do anything. Nobody from the compliance team ever contacted me!! They don’t answer emails and nobody pick up the phone. TOTAL SCAM!! Press charges against this Fraud Bank

Scam!

Monese is a scam bank, they auto respond to make out they are dealing with enquiries but intact are retaining thousands of peoples money for no reason, they have 10k of my money and refuse to give back, this company is a fraud, do not put money into this company, you won't get it back. Account Blocked and my money is not returned.

Account Blocked and my money is not returned. I made a transfer from my account in my name to Monese and they told me that I could not use the account as a business account and it was just a normal transfer between accounts in my name. Then I decide to take my money to another account because I do not trust this company, which is also in my name, nothing of another person, and they directly block my account with 12,000 euros. The savings of a lifetime have disappeared. They do NOT answer, the app no longer comes out, and I will have to report this fact to the authorities. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2021

Account closed

Monese bloked my account at first and after 2 moths they sayd that they closed my account definitive and that they will send my remaining balance to an account that i have to provide and this was more than a month ago and nothing arrived. They dont answer to any emails. The customer service on the phone is saying thay they cant help. Its just blsht and im sick of chasing my own money. I will take them to court.
