First-Time Buyer Mortgage

We had the most fantastic experience with Monmouthshire Building Society. We had quite specialist circumstances due to my self-employment status and my husband having a couple of jobs - they were fantastic, and couldn't have been more helpful. Got me a mortgage when nobody else could

I had major trouble getting a mortgage due to a default on my credit score and had almost given up getting a mortgage. My repayments were coming back at £500 plus a month, which was not cheaper than renting. Monmouthshire assessed my case and gave me an incredible offer of £308 a month, making buying my home affordable. Not only that, they handled my case incredibly well and dealt with the shortcomings of the solicitors, providing documents quickly and helping with all queries. Love Mon BS

Bought our first home with Mon BS 6 years ago no issues at all ever they're fab and can get in touch with them so easily they're very well informed and very helpful. Excellent service, communication and helpfulness!
