Mortgage renewal - Olly Taki

We've been working with Olly Taki to renew our mortgage and he has been beyond helpful. It's our first renewal, so we didn't know what to expect but he took us through each step and was super patient with our many questions. Mortgage renewals aren't the most enjoyable experience - particularly given the market - but this was arguably the best customer service we've ever received. Thanks Olly! Fantastic customer service

Our mortgage advisor (Michelle Groves) was very professional, friendly and tool time to understood our goals and objectives. We both felt at ease and relaxed with Michelle, who was very personable.
