I was in Brecon branch and was helped by Cathy.

I was in Brecon branch and was helped by Cathy. The branch is a clean calming environment. I was offered a drink and as I had a walking stick, was asked if I needed any further help to assist. Cathy was polite, professional and knowledgeable. She provided answers to my questions and relevant information leaflets / sheets.i did not feel at all uncomfortable or pressurised.
