A great app means a great service

I have been using Monzo for a number of years now and the app still beats the competition. When you're only exposure to a bank account is the app, why would you base your vote on anything else. Yes, there's more to do but the fundamental benefit of the service is the thing you interact with everyday! Reviewed on: 4th February 2022

Best bank ever.

All other banks are comparatively obsolete. I never though interacting with a bank could be a positive experience until I tried Monzo for the first time. I am never going back to traditional banks for my current account operations. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2022

Best customer service!

Simple and reliable banking

I love the control I have with Monzo bank. I am able to set my budget, make and receive payments easily and save money without much effort. I find it easy to transfer money to people when required and I can keep a track of my spending with handy alerts! Reviewed on: 2nd February 2022
