Banking made modern and friendly!

I have used Monzo for a few years now. With Monzo, there is no waiting days for bank transfers, it is immediate. They have great incentives to recommend to friends, and an amazing presence on social media, encouraging people to save money and providing tips to do so! Their pots feature is a great alternative to savings accounts. Rounding up pennies when spending and allocating income and bills to pots has saved me a fortune! Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

Good bank but needs improvement

Good banking app, customer services need more training, more features for people with less than perfect credit would be good like other banks have. Being able to pay in a check via photo like every other bank can would be brilliant, you have 0 branches but yet hsbc and others you can take a photo of a check. Sort that out monzo come on.
