Monzo keeps getting better!

Banking without the faff, fuss, and frustration of the high street. Budgeting and saving via pots is brilliant, and connecting other accounts to Monzo brings great insights to spending. Customer service is friendly and prompt, even in the middle of the night :-) Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

Great UX, simple and to the point

We have been using Monzo for years. We originally just used them for a fee-free holiday but since then we have cancelled our other accounts using their switch service and fully moved to Monzo for banking. We have both a joint account and private. During covid we lost out on a holiday worth £2k that the funds were sent to an old account which is closed. Monzo we’re fast to respond and because we had used their switch service, it auto-bounced to our account! Completely faff free. The use of ‘Pots’ is perfect for money management. We currently set direct debits up to certain pots and have roundups activated to pool our change into a savers. I’d recommend everybody to switch to Monzo - perfect everyday banking service. No fault in my 3 year time with the bank! Quality app, service and products. Only thing missing I would say, is; Just need to offer a cheaper Apr on your loans and possibly offer a "Monzo Credit Card"? Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

I've been a fan of Monzo since the early days. Perhaps other neobank competitors provide more features or more competitive rates, Monzo's app is the most friendly one out of all, and I trust the brand to keep my money in good shape. Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

Best bank ever!

Monzo has completely changed my life in terms of budgeting and managing my money. Before Monzo, it was so hard work managing money across different bank and savings accounts, whereas with Monzo I can put all my bill money into a bill pot so I know exactly how much money I have to spend for that month, life changing!
