I feel like they’ve swung the balance back to the customer, rather than the bank being overbearingly in control of your current account. However paying in cash needs streamlining with higher limits. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Accessible, simple effective money management

This account has helped us manage our money much more effectively. We put our monthly bill money in a pot and it is automatically drawn from the pot each time a bill is paid. No danger of accidentally missing a direct debit and running out of money. We also have pots for annual expenses, saving for holidays and expensive items. On top of this the rounding up facility adds an amazing amount of money to your savings. We love it. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Great app, customer service in seconds

We just use monzo. International fee free spending was why we joined but everything else tops other banks. If you have queries, a message through the app is normal answered by a friendly real person in minutes. Really highly recommended. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Switch to Monzo with no regrets!

I switched to Monzo from my previous bank of 20 Years because of the positive things my friends who use Monzo had said. Ever since I switched I've not looked back nor have I had any regrets! The customer service is fantastic and very professional! They explain everything in very clear confusion free English and always have answered my enquiries In a reasonable timeframe. The App is very easy to use and the features the Bank offer for their free users is brilliant! I thought I'd miss my highstreet branch bank but I really don't especially since Monzo has multiple features they didn't (Instant Card freeze and transactions etc).
