Love this bank

I have given 5 stars of a rating to Monzo because they understand my financial needs and also take in to account the fact that I’m a vulnerable adult and always make sure that if I have any issues, they are dealt with straight away. I like the way monzos app works and how friendsly their staff are and how they always go there extra mile for me as a customer of theirs. Best Bank Ever!!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this bank, everything is easy to do, this is a bank that truly knows what its customers want/need and meets those needs/wants.
