Since changing to Monzo I've had a great experience and brilliant customer service, had a few issues sorted without any hassle online rather than having to travel to a branch like with other banks. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Since I opened my Monzo account I have found it to be so easy to use and helpful if I have a problem. Usually I am always changing banks as I’m not satisfied but Monzo has stopped me needing to do that Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Simple but innovative banking

Have been with Monzo for around 3/4 years. Never had a problem with them, always been a great bank to use and easy to move money and use all the pots. Haven’t had any experience with customer service so cannot comment on that aspect but everything else has been great. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
