By far the best thing since sliced bread

Honestly I can’t say enough good things about this. When you need someone they are there within minutes if not seconds, they deal with your issue in ways you never even thought possible putting you in the drivers seat and not the bank. I have no reason to use any other bank and not do you, give it a try. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

They're great!

Easy and simple to use

I’ve never visited an office, never had to stand in line, if I had issues it got resolved over chat or a phone call (and they got back to me), I can transfer money to my foreign accounts easily in-app, I get notifications if my spend in real-time, I can create money buckets which helps me allocate my cash easily. Almost all of which I mentioned above is absent in every mainstream British bank. Therefore I think Monzo is the best bank in the UK Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

There is always a quick response

I was with a bank for many years and found it increasingly difficult to contact them. I changed fully to Monzo last year as if there is ever a need to contact them, they respond very quickly. I travel a lot and feel reassured that if I have any issues they will always be available to help.
