I’ve been a loyal customer since 2019, and I’ve always had a great experience with your customer support team. They’re always there to help me out when I need it, and they’re really helpful and friendly. I also love the perks you offer, like Cashback with Monzo, Investments, and Railcard. It’s so convenient to use your app, and it’s easy to navigate around. I highly recommend your bank to anyone looking for a great place to manage their finances. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Great app functions, ever evolving user interface, very helpful financial advice tools like credit score enhancement tips and more. The app is fantastic with so many useful features- especially for an ADHDer like me.
