Simplicity at the fingertips

I opened up a Monzo account to have better control of my money and to round up my payments to start saving towards my future. The pots functionality allows me to set aside money for my own goals for example, holidays, birthday presents, emergency funds, and the round up feature goes towards my future savings. The app is super user friendly and easy to use which is great for someone like me who values convenience. They are also pretty hands on with customer service as well which is always a plus. It is a breath of fresh air to be able to do everything online, as opposed to having to visit a branch to do anything. I feel safe with Monzo, and I feel understood, which is the most important part. Simple & Fun Banking

Since using Monzo for the past 4 years I have just had 100% confidence in them! The app works brilliantly compared to any other online banking app and it's very easy to resolve an issue. I have also upgraded to the Monzo Plus card because of it's extra perks and cool holographic card. Lastly, they have the best marketing for a bank. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023

Amazing app but abysmal customer support

The app is arguably the best in the business as it provides you with basically any features you can think of. But the customer support is basically useless. It takes half a day for someone to respond to you in the app and typically its just a simple response and the case is closed without solving your problem. Great bank to manage your money spendings but if there is any problems, I would not expect it to be solved by them. Reviewed on: 19th March 2023

User-friendly and convenient banking experience

I'm a customer of Monzo since 2022. As someone who arrived in the UK from overseas I needed a reliable bank card for managing all types of transactions and being able to pay the rent, receive a salary and make purchases from online shops. Thankfully, this online bank provided me with a hassle-free and efficient solution. The registration process was very smooth and the card was shipped to me quickly. Since then, I've been using this card for all types of transactions without any problems. I also use the banking app very actively and I'm impressed by it's features and user-friendliness. I like managing my finances with a separate accounts, or "pots", to set money aside and automatically sort incoming money and direct debits spending. This feature helps me to stay organised and protect my finances from physical or digital card theft. Overall, I highly recommend this online bank for an excellent service and features.
