So glad we still have a branch we can visit.

So glad we still have a branch we can visit. Although I do a lot on-line it is reassuring to have a place you can go to if it is needed. I have also used telephone assistance which was also excellent. I did have one issue that couldn't be sorted out, but on the whole very good.
