amazing staff

after visiting my branch to sort a problem out concerning a missing payment for a direct debit to another bank, the two staff members who helped me, Kaisha and Victoria were excellent, professional, friendly and also went above and beyond with the service provided, another reason I have banked with the nationwide for 30 years, amazing staff. Over 8 years now with Nationwide

I've banked with Nationwide for over 8 years now. They are brilliant, you get all share reward for being a loyal customer each year like a little bonus which is always a plus and they are always on hand to help customer service wise. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Amazing bank with great customer service.

Amazing bank with great customer service. Great value for money. They keep their banks on the high street and they give back to their customers. The benefits I had with Lloyds, were the same as Nationwide and moving from Lloyds to Nationwide saved me £10 per month, keeping the same benefits. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
