Mobile insurance

Very poor customer service from the mobile insurance provider, delaying tactics, un-necessary late question like proof of usage, IMEI no. via the service provider, etc. Why they didn't put these Qs in the claim form? Wasting time now. Didn't expect it from Nationwide with whom we've been for over 20 years. Leaving soon tho!! Reviewed on: 7th February 2022

Good bank

Great customer service

I've always had great customer service with Nationwide, especially as I recently lost my mother and they were very helpful in closing her accounts and following through. I find the account easy to user and operate and still plenty of branches around if I need to talk. Reviewed on: 20th January 2022

Easy to use online banking

Good account and app easy to use

Does what it needs to do but when wanting to pay a new person or company via the app you need the card reader which, while it does offer extra security, makes a mobile app less mobile unless you always carry the card reader with you. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Unhelpful unreasonable and do not care about customers

Been with nationwide since 2016, had several issues not been bothered about before. Now did try to resolve another issue and then is just been ignored, not showing any interest to help. Not surprised why are so many bad reviews. Will move to another bank. Not recommending use this bank, they don’t care about customers at all. Reviewed on: 14th January 2022
