Super Friendly Service

Nationwide may be a huge organisation but I've always found the staff to be universally professional, friendly and efficient no matter which branch I go to. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2018

Really good on-line banking

I really like the Nationwide on-line service, it's easy to use but powerful enough to do pretty much everything I want, so I don't need to go into a branch to do things anymore. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2018

Current Account & Travel Insurance

Nationwide are not irresponsible. They do not encourage loans. Hard as nails in that they will hardly ever let me go a penny overdrawn (although I pay them no overdraft fees). Like the free European travel insurance with Flex Account and worldwide cover easy to get on the phone. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2018

Easy, efficient and accommodating.

They don't stress you with so many requirements like other banks. Some banks refused to open an account with a UK registered house contract because it was only one week old. Reviewed on: 20th November 2018

All good except for one thing

I find the flex account good in all respects, ease of use on line and at branches. Helpful and knowledgable service in branch and on telephone or email. One fly in the ointment, cannot get the banking app on my android mobile phone, desk top, lap top and iPad are all fine. Reviewed on: 11th November 2018

I’m really happy with my FlexAccount, I manage it through the app which is simple & easy to use. I can see my incomings & outgoings at a glance or simply click to see more details. Arranging direct debits & standing orders is easy & I have no concerns about the safety of my account or money as I feel that the security measures are very good. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018
