Great Packaged Bank Account

Fantastic cover for the family - travel and mobile insurance, plus vehicle breakdown cover included for a reasonable monthly fee. Easy to use online and friendly service in-branch. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Good benefits for reasonable rate

The flex plus provides insurance, breakdown cover and cashback on supermarket shops for £14/month. The price has increased (what hasn’t!) but still a useful account to have and know travel and phone insurance are sorted! Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Great products backed by the best service

I’ve banked with Nationwide for over 25 years the products are competitive whether they be current accounts, mortgages, loan or savings and the service is compelling. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

Great value for money

Although it is a paid account the benefits such as Travel Insurance, Mobile phone insurance, and breakdown cover means that it is great value for money. I have had to use the mobile insurance a couple of times and had no issues what so ever Reviewed on: 22nd February 2023

Breakdown Cover from the AA is broken

Have been a nationwide customer for 20 years and benefited from mobile insurance and from breakdown cover. The breakdown recovery has now been taken over by the AA and service has dropped from 5 stars to 1 star. We have broken down twice in 6 months. The first time we waited 8 hours for recovery and the second time it was 5 hours. No proper updates and ithe AA do not have the vehicles or the staff to handle this contract.
