Been with Nationwide for over 10 years now. Always helpful whenever I call in regards to overpayment and rates. Once I was given the wrong info and charged for overpayent but this was refunded straight away with an apology. Great advice on the phone regarding mortgage renewing online as well and was given £100 for doing it online. Reviewed on: 26th November 2019
