Very helpful and professional

We had a relatively complicated mortgage set up and we were first-time buyers, but the staff at the Newbury office, in particular Lauren and Sezanne, were extremely helpful and professional. They were very responsive to the various queries and concerns we had and helped to get everything finalised in time. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026

Very Helpful Newbury Building Mortgage’s ...

As far as we are concerned it was a difficult mortgage application which wasn’t Newbury’s fault at all but they gave us all the help needed and after we had overcome our problems it all went very well and we thank them and now in our new home Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

I have been so satisfied by the customer service experience at every contact I’ve had since my mortgage commenced in 2018. They always make an effort to get you the best deal they can offer.
