Wokingham is Amazing

The whole team at Wokingham branch are amazing and provide top level experience. Bradley and Connor are a delight to be served by. Justine has a great team. The society as a whole is very old school but that’s great as it pretty zeros the chance of financial abuse. Reviewed on: 21st January 2026

Friendly, approachable and welcoming staff that will do anything in their power to help, even call their colleagues in their Headquarters and get the right answer if needed. Rounded up conversations, especially when I opened the account, considering my needs, goals and everything savings related was explained in plain English. I love the fact that you can come in a branch and talk to a human being that will listen to you, rather than pressing options on a telephone and have a machine talking to you. Happy Savings customer

As a Savings customer it was great to get a personalised review of my accounts to make sure that they were the best for my needs. An alternative account was suggested which gave me the same interest rate but was much more flexible. Friendly, knowledgeable service with an actual human being. I recently visited the Didcot branch to put a cheque...

I recently visited the Didcot branch to put a cheque into my daughters savings account, I was served by Thomas. I was impressed by the service I received from him and all who work in branch. Very attentive and bubbly bunch. Lovely office and bonus - open 5 days a week! Reviewed on: 19th January 2026
