Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

I moved over 60,000 pounds from accounts that I had had for many years because your company (Newbury BS) were to slow in increasing their interest rate as compared to its rivals. I recently open a cash ISA and was told by your sale person that she opened a simular account but with the Halifax BS as they gave better rates. Great Service by all the staff at the Didcot Branch

Great Service by all the staff at the Didcot Branch, especially Cassie, Helen and Vasilka Vess who are extremely helpful and knowledgeable people. On this occasion, Vess was more than helpful in explaining the best account for me and transferring my funds from my previously existing Welcome to Newbury savings account to a new Existing Members savings account and how the new account works, very helpful, thank you all.
