Excellent

Initial contact was with Sarah Thompson, a calm and careful listener. Sarah arranged an appointment for us . Next day we met with manager Justine Ransom who talked us through the small print , after listening to our opening chat. Very clear , concise explanation to all points. A credit to your company.
