Convenient but customer service not effective

Convenient for purchasing things online, but anything that I had to reach customer service for was difficult, and one thing I thought for sorted over the phone didn't actually happen and I gave up. Stress free

Paypal is a convenient and easy to use payment service that makes sending and receiving money simple. I like that it offers buyer protection and can be used with many online shops, which make payments feel so secure. It is generally reliable, though fees and restrictions can sometimes be frustrating.
