few days ago I had to email for the customer service...

few days ago I had to email for the customer service because of the payment date to change .I struggling paying on the 4th .So i did asked if they could help me to change to the 8th.I can pay put not that day what they giving to me.AILISH was nice emailed me back saying she will forward my email to the Credit department so they will getting touch with me..Nobody get back to be since ..Iam so stressed to get fees etc..Really affect my mental health can't sleep ..I cant give 5 starts coz my problem still not been solved . I make most of mu transactions through Paypal credit it is really convenient for me however it has changed. On the Pay within 4 moths you would have until the 5 month to clear it without interest now you have to pay it off in full within the 4 months Reviewed on: 2nd June 2025
