Fantastic platform but too much AI

I use PayPal a lot and have always found the platform to be easy to navigate. I would like to see less AI though. It is nearly impossible to speak to a real person and sometimes, for complex issues, this is not enough Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

PayPal is a great service that is easy to use that comes with great protection. It helps with buying items with no interest over three months and helps spread the cost of payments. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
