Great service

Pay in 3 is a great service - when we've taken on big projects its allowed us to get ahead with our purchases. The reminders are great, and no interest! Reviewed on: 6th June 2024

Fine Until Something Goes Wrong

The negatives are: 1). They're no help when you return items & the company doesn't refund you. This happened to me when M&Co went into administration (I didn't know this at first). I was eventually refunded, but PayPal provided no assistance at all. 2) PayPal used to offer a free return service for items bought via PayPal. They stopped the service without informing their customers. I was left out of pocket as I had to pay to return products to several companies. I told PayPal that this was unfair & that customers should've been notified in advance, My queries for both issues mostly went unnoticed. Reviewed on: 6th June 2024

I think it’s a great secure way to make payments, I also appreciate the pay in 3 method as it allows me to spread my payments but in a way that I am not over leveraging myself. I use pay in 3 quite a lot when making payments over £80-£150 as spreading the cost ensures that I am able to afford what I am spending money on and pay it off within a short amount of time. Help and security just when you need it most
