Hassle free and compassionate

I have been a Petplan customer since 2002 - firstly with my horse, then our Greyhound and now with our Whippet. I'm a veterinary nurse and there's a saying in our industry that if you're a veterinary professional that your pet has everything wrong with them! Well, sadly for us this has been true of all our pets. But, despite the stress and upset involved in caring for our pets, the back and forth between my first opinion practice and our two, yes two, referral practices, we have never had to worry about covering the costs, or about huge delays in those costs being paid, either to us or directly to the practices. Petplan have always been compassionate when you've shed tears down the phone, calm when you're panicking, and helpful and efficient, no matter the situation, or the complexity of our queries. In my line of work I have seen the devastation of not having insurance, and I always vowed I would never put us in that position, that we would be able to concentrate on caring for our boys, be able to say yes to the best treatment available to them without the added worry of how that level of care would be paid for. Pet plan is fantastic

I trust Petplan with my cat's insurance

Amazing cover and so easy

Best by far

I have my dog insured with Pet plan who is now 12, and I have had Pet plan insurance since he was a puppy. Whenever I have made a claim the procedure is so simple. My vet submit the claims for me, I receive a text from Pet Plan advising they have received it, and then another text to advise payment made. The simplest claims I ever made. Payout

A plan you can trust
