Petplan the only Pet Insurance You Can Rely On

Petplan have always covered each of my pets’ problems. I know that whenever any of my cats are ill I don’t have the additional worry of whether my claim will be paid. They are so reliable that my vets do not request payment beforehand and Petplan are the only company they will claim directly from as they are confident they will cover the costs. No worries with pet plan

Great service and always happy to help

We have been with petplan for a while now for both our rabbits and dog. Petplan have always been on the other end of the phone to help with any queries. We had to make claims for one of our rabbits who sadley died and a claim for our puppy. Without petplan we would have been in abit of a predicament money wise. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

We have had to make two claims so far for unrelated health problems, and both times our claim was processed easily and without any issues. Have had and still have many pets insured with Petplan. All genuine claims or questions with regard to policies are handled by knowledgable and, if needs be, very sensitive staff. Would recommend to absolutely everyone looking for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

Help when you need it most.

Like many people Ive grumbled at the cost of pet insurance over the years but I don't know where I would have been this past year without it. Petplan have always covered my pets skin allergy treatment over the years, but this year he needed two cruciate ligament ops plus one adjustment. My policy covered a massive chunk of it and both myself and my furry pal are so grateful. With Petplan my vets could claim directly without the need for me to fill in paperwork. Claims are dealt with quickly and You can track your claim progress on line which is really helpful. Customer care staff are also really helpful and friendly. Ill never again grumble about the cost as its a cost worth paying for peace of mind. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019
