Terrible customer service

I moved to the USA. Despite months of back and forth I now have zero access to anything to do with my 2 pension policies. I made a complaint, they closed it because they couldnt provide a resolution. Response times are 20 to 25 working days, the customer service is so poor I would never recommend this company. I still don't have access and cant even change my retirement date. Losing money from pension pot rapidly

Ever since deferring the pension pot it has lost money consistently. At this rate there will be nothing left. Customer service say warning was given that it could happen so tough luck, but having been with them for years with no loss, unfortunately blindly trusted them to invest my money wisely. Scammers with attitude!

Sent the forms to get the money back. No replies, no emails. Nothing. Tried calling them. After half an hour wait, finally someone picked the phone. After answering security questions, she just hang up the phone. This company is scammers. Reviewed on: 25th June 2024

I can not get access to my pension.

I can not get access to my pension. Spoke to them 2 weeks ago and was promised an email within 48hrs. Chased it up several times (hrs waiting on phones) just to be told "sorry, we'll sort it out straight away", and they still haven't. What can you do? I took the pension out years ago, way before reviews were a thing. I certainly wouldn't recommend them now. Reviewed on: 13th June 2024

Excellent life insurance benefit

Provides excellent life insurance benefits within the pension scheme if your unlucky enough to die whilst in service. This part was paid out quickly and efficiently. However, with the pension itself I was waiting and having to send excessive information. They did sort this out in the end though. Reviewed on: 20th May 2024

Disgusting

Inherited a pension over a year ago and still waiting for the income to be released. Terrible customer services and no call backs as promised. Spent hours chasing paperwork that had been sent numerous times. 14 months on received part of the amount as it had been incorrectly taxed. Promised I will receive the income asked for originally and the balance not holding my breath have lost all faith in them. Terrible company. Stay well clear of these muppets.
