My santender account is good enough to use.

I find my Santander account easy to manage and I couldn't think of a better account to use being at university. When I opened my student account I was given an overdraft with 0% interest which doesn't need to be paid back until I finish university. Moreover, whenever I'm in need of assistance I always come off the phone or away from the branch feeling as though I have gained all the help I need in order to solve my problems. Brilliant bank account

No overdraft to worry about, helpful customer service,and if you sign up to online banking,you can also get cash back with some retailers too. Reviewed on: 15th March 2017

Every Days a Santander Day !!

Never seem to get the ," WOW " feeling in my local branch, Experience a few " Wronge information " given to me , Staff are very quick to blame others , rather than resolve to a good outcome for the customer..... Ease and online banking

I appreciate that this current account is easy to use and if I want to change anything staff are friendly and helpful. I also like the safety measures for their online banking as well as how well set out and easy to view the online banking system is compared to other banks. Reviewed on: 11th February 2017

Great Banking Provider

Great Bank I been with Santander most of my banking life. I had a savings account when they were Abbey National from a early age. I will stay with them and I dont see myself leaving. Reviewed on: 10th February 2017

Basic but sound

Always helpful when there is a glitch in their system. When new software at Santander resulted in my new address not being updated and important bank letters going astray the company offered me financial compensation and a fulsome apology. Reviewed on: 9th February 2017

Reliable

Helpful when face-to-face and queues are usually short too. However they could go above and beyond by offering more services tailored to you,for example emailing new offers o on accounts. Reviewed on: 8th February 2017

Not very good

Gave me an overdraft then demanded it back in full as I was using it too much! Also no interest on my wages and if I used the 123 account then I would earn £3.00 from my direct debits but it would cost me £5.00 for the privilege. Now changing banks Reviewed on: 7th February 2017
