My santender account is good enough to use.

I find my Santander account easy to manage and I couldn't think of a better account to use being at university. When I opened my student account I was given an overdraft with 0% interest which doesn't need to be paid back until I finish university. Moreover, whenever I'm in need of assistance I always come off the phone or away from the branch feeling as though I have gained all the help I need in order to solve my problems. Avoid having a bank with Santander

You cannot make payments above £2000. Even if your payment limit it set to higher they will block your account. They make you call them but don’t have authority to unfreeze any account through call so you ultimately have to physically go the bank which closes at 3pm. Horrible services, wasting customers time and not being able to make payments with your own money. Avoid Santander I will be closing my bank with Santander. Unusable services. Didn’t help me to return my stolen money .

Didn’t help me to return my stolen money . I contacted them several times and was told that it was impossible because the fraudulent company actually existed and I needed to contact them personally. And when the circumstances turned out to be the opposite and the company did not exist, the bank said that the case was closed and no one would take any further action to help me get my money back. My experience of Santander has been a positive one. The Santander current account provides everything I need, from online banking to Customer service if needed.
