Efficient, organised, classy

I am pleased to now be a member of the Society. It feels like an old-fashioned Society with a passbook issued and plenty of paperwork delivered. I had to apply for a cheque book to open the account which is a bit old skool, love it though. Reviewed on: 31st December 2025

Local customer service

We love the old-fasgioned customer service in the Troon branch. Staff are prepared to go the extra mile. Very pleasant and helpful staff. We like that we have the choice to us the online service. We prefer the nice welcome we get with a face-to-face meeting in branch. Reviewed on: 31st December 2025

Nothing could be improved. Really like the staff and branch at Galashiels which is the one I use. Would like a better rate on the ISA, but maybe you cannot compete with bigger building societies. Reviewed on: 31st December 2025
