Easy Saver account is inaccessible.

Been a customer for 2+ years but turned down for an Easy Saver account with little or no explanation. Why stimulate demand if you can’t or won’t supply it. Contemptuous treatment of a previously satisfied customer. Will definitely be moving to Chase Reviewed on: 14th February 2025

It's incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate. Everything is at your fingertips, from checking your balance and making payments to setting up direct debits and managing your spending. The real-time notifications are a game-changer, giving you instant updates on every transaction. I also love the "Spaces" feature, which allows you to easily separate your money for different goals, like holidays or bills. It's a fantastic way to stay organized and in control of your finances. Beyond the app, Starling's customer service is truly exceptional. I've had a couple of queries over time, and each time I've contacted them, the response has been prompt, friendly, and helpful. They actually seem to care about their customers, which is a rare find these days. Whether I've reached out via the app or on the phone, the experience has always been positive. Best UK bank by far

After switching from my brick and mortar bank to Starling a couple years ago I don't even know how I was surviving before. Far better than any of the brick and mortar banks, and personally I prefer it to the Monzo app. You can do everything in minutes from the app, and customer service is almost immediate, I've never had a problem that wasn't solved that day.
