Fast and friendly

Starling are always quick to add a new device to your account, and it’s easy to do. one morning, a I got a notification for a transaction at a petrol station. I hadn’t left home. I called to inform them of possible fraud. Turns out the petrol station delayed submitting the transaction for a few weeks. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Starling make my banking life simple

I have been with Starling for my current account for a few years now, and we also have a family business account and the an account for the business of which I am director. Excellent app, good interest rates, super customer service - responsive and helpful. Starling alwasy seem to be ahead of the game with innovation to make everyday banking simple and helpful for our day to day activities. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

It's got to be the best online bank

Lots going for this bank

Never had a problem. Have several pots for different savings. Card for my grandson so he has his own money and others are able to add to it. There's also a helping hand card that you can top up and give to a friend to shop for you if needed. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025
