Absolutely delighted with the service

I did not think such things still existed. A branch that you can walk in to and get personal and friendly service. People who are real and easy to contact, quick to respond to any needs. Had to pinch myself to check I was not dreaming of a bygone age!! I hope the first impressions last a long time and the whole approach stays customer focused and accessible. Good to save some money each month,

People:- Always greeted warmly and staff are friendly and helpful. We like that the staff have prompt access to management and they are available for help, advice and use ‘management discretion’ wisely. Products:- always competitive and straightforward.
