Sharks or Incompetent staff, either way we have being shafted

Ever felt like you have being shafted as that’s exactly how I feel, because we have for 1 months direct debit. Rang to cancel my car insurance renewal today. We have made 12 monthly payments already. Unfortunately our 13th payment came out Nov 1st 2021 (today) and the actual car insurance expires Nov 7th 2021 which we have already made the 12 monthly payments on, as you never pay for car insurance retrospectively. Don't do it!

Don't do it! I chose them as best value for money when looking at different providers in August 2024. Then a tree came down in Storm Darrah yesterday, it fell on the car in my driveway. No-one was in the car. Luckily it didn't have full weight of the tree on the car as a wall was in the way, but there are dents in the roof and on the bonnet. Car stolen away from home, staff great, information very good, easy process although long winded but I get that. Only three weeks before conclusion but that really depended on Police info. Was disappointed not to have courtesy car but thats because I didn’t read the policy properly. Check! Every time I rang I received a follow-up call with extra information. Very poor insurers . .

Rip off company, praying in people. Purchased a new car 2024 . Provided a quote by Tesco which was reasonable. When I phoned up on day of delivery to provide registration number they added on £95extra despite being told giving registration number in day of delivery would be acceptable.. outrageous about avoid Reviewed on: 18th September 2024
