Damage repair after water leak

Recently had a water leak that caused a lot of damage to our lounge. Tesco appointed a company to deal with the claim. They in turn appointed a buildings company to carry out the work. The communication with both companies has been excellent. In addition each time I've uploaded receipts for items we've bought plus estimate for the carpet replacement, these were accepted without any query and the money paid to me shortly after each one was uploaded.
