A pleasure to deal with!

Great people to deal with. Obviously very well trained as regards the products they offer, they have a kind and human approach to customers and in my experience cannot do enough to help. Very good listeners, intelligent and cheerful - and in my own case (as an expat looking for a buy-to-let mortgage) undoubtedly offered the best product around. I am very impressed!

I am a mortgage broker and this was my first case with them. From the beginning, the BDM was excellent in helping sort through my clients requirements, checking with underwriters prior to application and doing his utmost to set the case up for success. The underwriting team were very swift in dealing with the case even though this was a complex one, especially in terms of the deposit. The case went from submission to offer in just over two weeks which I found impressive. Overall, I would happily use them again. Reviewed on: 10th September 2024
