Always a great service!

It's always a pleasure speaking to the FBS representatives anytime I call. They are quick to understand what I need and super helpful in answering my question. Shoddy service for a loyal customer.

The letter sent to me on the 8/5/24 gave the wrong figure for the monthly repayment - a highly inflated figure which was frightening when first read. I am elderly and sometimes get thrown by figures. My daughter pointed out your error, but I wonder what would have happened to someone with no advice on hand. This was an example of really shoddy cut and paste by your Loans Underwriting Team. When I phoned I as given an apology and told the correct letter would be sent. So far it has not arrived. Reviewed on: 21st May 2024

Excellent Service Franki

A complex case made easy by Family

I had a complicated case where my clients needed a Joint Borrower/Sole Proprietor mortgage, however due to the joint borrower being retired, we needed the affordability to be based on the sole proprietor's age. No problem for Family, their whole team, from Stuart my BDM, to Michelle my BDR and Shahul the Underwriter were absolutely amazing. Due to the complexities of the case, I was expecting a very hard journey with no guarantee of an offer at the end of it. However, that amazing team made it as easy as 'a hot knife through butter'. If you have a tricky case, speak to Family, they'll give you a honest assessment and if its possible, they'll help you all the way. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
