Excellent all round Service

I can't emphasize enough how helpful Linda Franklin has been through our process. It wasn't straight forward as I continuously asked difficult questions which Linda answered directly or found someone who can. Excellent advice

I have a 2 year fixed rate mortgage and needed to be clear as to the early repayment condition in the event of Porting over my existing mortgage and how the 10% per annum early repayment no charge works. Spoke with someone on my wavelength

Well Deserved

Before joining the Family Building Society I had previous experience with others where I was treated by most as just a Computer number. From the day I joined the FBS I knew it was the right choice I have been with them several years for my Mortgage and Savings accounts. On occasions when I needed help with something, the Management and staff on each and every occasion have been helpful, friendly and polite. Their high standards have never dropped. So, in conclusion I would just say, anyone thinking of changing their present Building Society then look no further.
