Recent Mortgage Application

We recently submitted a mortgage application and wanted to take the time to say thank you - the people we dealt with were incredible (Blaine, the UW and Michelle, the BDM). So quick to respond and willing to assist with any questions. They both made a slightly tricky application straight forward. Thank you so much, it really is appreciated by ourselves and our client. Initial mortgage discussion

A very customer friendly Building Society

Family Building Society Review

My initial enquiry was for a Bridging Loan, which the Family Building Society doesn’t offer. They did however, make an appointment for a call back from an advisor who would look into other options that they could offer. Linda, the advisor, was very patient and very knowledgeable and worked through various scenarios with me. Unfortunately based on my income I was unable to access the amount of money I needed. Linda didn’t stop there, but put me in touch with a third party with whom I can discuss other options. All in all, I felt that I really mattered and that she was doing her best for me.
