Excellent Briefing Rescues Client

With my mortgage product coming to its end in March, i selected another product in January but then failed to provide written confirmation. On phoning FBS today, I discovered my selection was no longer available. But, the FBS agent I spoke with (Serena) led me by the hand through options available, I made my selection, and the show was back on the road. Calm through the chaos!

During the rush to complete before the stamp duty holiday FBS had not received a request for the mortgage funds from the solicitor on the supposed completion day! (Fax problem) When this became apparent new business and completions pulled together and the funds were transferred in the nick of time! Many thanks Reviewed on: 27th July 2021

A view from the professional side of the street.....

As a professional mortgage consultant I deal with business representatives on a regular basis and the good ones really stand out from the average ones. Grace Bennett falls within the category of one of the good ones, she is polite, knowledgeable and has been a positive force in my recent dealings with the Family BS . She has 'owned' my enquiry and kept me informed every step of the way. Rather than say what the FBS can't do she worked the enquiry with me to see what the FBS can do - a rare quality. Nothing is to much trouble

From the very beginning every time I need help or advice the staff are so polite, understanding & helpful. I have dealt with so many banks over the years privately & in business & I can honestly say you stand out from the crowd by head & shoulders. Keep it up & don't slip back into the pack of also rans. Used previously. They were very helpful.

6 years ago they gave us a mortgage to help with a house purchase. They were helpful throughout the transaction and subsequent relationship over 3 years until we repaid the mortgage. We are now investigating the possibility of doing something similar and they are careful and clear in all the discussions we have had to date. Reviewed on: 20th July 2021
