Excellent Briefing Rescues Client

With my mortgage product coming to its end in March, i selected another product in January but then failed to provide written confirmation. On phoning FBS today, I discovered my selection was no longer available. But, the FBS agent I spoke with (Serena) led me by the hand through options available, I made my selection, and the show was back on the road. Fantastic Customer Care

I have been mortgage searching for a little while and after talking to Richard from Family Building Society I feel clear and confident about the information provided. He clearly explained all my options and made me feel at ease with regards to explaining any unfamiliar terms used. He went above and beyond to ensure that I understood all the provided information and was happy to answer any of my questions. Always Excellent Service

As a Mortgage Broker, I tend to place a number of my more obscure cases with Family Building Society. The service from the beginning is always excellent and remains so throughout the course of the transaction, and not only for me as the broker, but also for the client too. Before placing a mortgage with Family BS, I tend to contact Joana R to discuss everything with her before moving forward. Great customer experience

Can't Recommend Enough!

Helpdesk are always so helpful (Joana in particular), BDMs (ours is Grace) is always super helpful in laying it all out for us and confirming loan amounts etc, feels like nothing is too much to ask! A very clear and concise explanation of the mortgage deals available.

I am in the process of setting a new mortgage deal and had some ideas on either a repayment or interest only deal whilst also making a one off payment to reduce the current mortgage. Recognising that Richard could not offer me financial advice what he was able to do was provide clarity on the numerous products available to me , which in turn allowed me to make my decision. As I pondered the various deals Richard set up a few calls that allowed me to raise any further questions. Exceptional Company

The Family Building Society I can highly recommend to anyone wishing to obtain a mortgage. My husband and I were introduced to the Family Building Society by a Mortgage Broker and I must say that I was a little apprehensive, but unnecessarily so, they have been wonderful with their guidance and advice nothing was too much trouble. The reassurence they gave me and the relief from stress was wonderful. I would certainly recommend The Family Building Society to my family and friends.
